Site visitors may be required at certains times to enter private information
such as email addresses, name etc. in order to enjoy certain services provided on
the site. Such information will remain on the site databases or IDP's databases
and will not be given or sold to any third party. The visitor may request the removal
of his or her personal information from our databases at any time and for any reason,

Users
Users who wish to download the software Email Beast to their computer
are currently not required to enter any personal data (this might change in the
future, at which time an annoucement will be given on the download page). The program,
once installed requires an activation before it is able to send emails to recipients.
The activation process uses a unique ID of the computer machine it is installed
on in order to get a license key from a remote server. This unique ID does not contain
any personal information but only a hardware ID. No other information is collected
from the computer. This ID is used to generate a unique license key which will work
only on the target computer and will not work on any other compter. This is a major
unti-piracy feature required by the software.
Software purchase
At the time of purchase the user is required to enter his personal
information including name, address, email address, phone number, credit card details
etc. All such information is transmitted via a secure connection so that no one
can view the data. The data is required for proper registration of license ownership,
proof of purchase, delivey and technical support. If the user chooses to pay via
an e-commerce vendor such as PayPal, he or she may be required to enter their private
information at the vendor's site (for vendor's privacy statement please visit vendor's
site). In case of purchase by credit card directly on our site, credit card information
is never kept on any of our servers or databases. It is used immediately at the
time of purchase and discarded. Any user who has purchased a license is considered
a client. The contact information thus given will be used by us to contact the client
with various promotional offers and reminders. The client may request to stop getting
such promotional material and IDP will comply.
Limitation
IDP will do every reasonable effort to protect the private information
of the site's visitors, software users and clients, however you are edvised that
IDP will not be held responsible for privacy infringements occuring as a result
of a hacking attack on it's servers. The reason for this policy is that we believe
